Shipment Processing Time

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

International Shipping Policy

AAQIL TARPAULINS

1. International Shipping Availability

AAQIL TARPAULINS offers international shipping to selected countries at its sole discretion. Shipping availability is subject to destination country regulations, courier partner serviceability, and internal operational considerations. AAQIL TARPAULINS reserves the right to accept or reject any international order without prior notice.

2. Shipping Charges

All international shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, once the order is confirmed or dispatched.

3. Order Processing

International orders are processed within 2–7 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing timelines are indicative only and may be extended due to stock availability, quality checks, export documentation, holidays, or operational constraints. Delays in processing do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines range between 7–30 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier partner. These timelines are approximate estimates only and are not guaranteed. AAQIL TARPAULINS shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners, customs authorities, weather conditions, geopolitical issues, or force majeure events.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Customs Clearance & Regulatory Delays

Customs inspections and clearance timelines vary by country and are outside the control of AAQIL TARPAULINS. Any delays, holds, penalties, or rejections by customs authorities shall not be considered grounds for refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

7. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the courier partner and destination country.

AAQIL TARPAULINS shall not be responsible for limited or delayed tracking updates.

8. Loss, Damage, or Delay in Transit

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss, delay, or damage passes to the customer. AAQIL TARPAULINS’ liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to assistance in raising a claim with the courier partner and does not guarantee replacement or refund.

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. AAQIL TARPAULINS shall not be liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any reshipment costs will be borne entirely by the customer.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refusals

International orders are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases where the product supplied is materially different from the order placed, as determined solely by AAQIL TARPAULINS.

Refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay customs charges, or abandonment of shipment will not qualify for refunds.

ELIGIBILITY AND PROOFS REQUIRED:

1. PRODUCT DEFECTIVE OR NOT WORKING

Once you have confirmed that the product you receive is defective or not working, you are required to record a video of the same and share it to +91-807607300 through WhatsApp or mail to aaqiltarpaulins@gmail.com.

The buyer is required to notify the company regarding the issue within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. GOODS DAMAGED UPON RECEIVING

Though We are shipping through a very reputed courier service, we cannot be certain of the delivery of the products. Hence if the goods are damaged upon receiving, you are required to inform us immediately upon opening the package and sharing the video of the same. 3. PRODUCT MISMATCH

In case the product you receive is not as per the description of the product you had purchased; the buyer is then required to notify the company through WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

5. REPLACEMENTS AND REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.

If your replacement is approved, we will initiate another shipment of the product you have purchased within 2 business days of receiving the defective goods and checking for approval of replacement.

Refund

In Case the product purchased through https://aaqiltarpaulins.com has been approved for replacement and the same product is not available in stock, the company is entitled to refund your amount within 3 business days of receiving the defective goods.

We will contact you for your banking details and the amount will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the details and the amount should be remitted in the buyers account ( as per the data received) within 2 business days.
